AICS will use individual’s personal data. ‘Personal Data’ is an individual’s contact details and any information obtained directly from them, or from third parties, as a result of our relationship with the individual in our capacity as a card issuing scheme.

AICS will use personal data for the purpose of administering the AICS Scheme and for purposes connected to the scheme. AICS may also disclose personal data to third parties for the purposes outlined above, but we will not otherwise pass personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Individuals have a right to request a copy of any personal data held about them (for which AICS may charge a small administration fee) and to correct any inaccuracies in their personal data.

By signing an AICS application form, an individual gives consent to these terms and the processing of the personal data contained thereon.
